1.0.1

v1.0.1 - Small Patch

This release adds the first user-facing Career Map experience, with a dashboard widget and a dedicated route that distinguishes recorded flight tracks from direct legs between known aerodromes. It also improves onboarding identity updates, trial-period accuracy, sign-in and map usability, and security for self-hosted deployments.

New5
  • Explore your flying history with the new Career Map dashboard widget and dedicated map page, including route data, a legend, zoom and pan controls, and clear empty and unavailable-data states
  • View flights with recorded tracks separately from flights represented only by their departure and arrival aerodromes, so the map does not imply an unrecorded path
  • Arrange dashboard widgets freely on a grid, resize them to suit your workflow, and continue moving them with the keyboard
  • Adjust Detailed Map Viewer layer opacity, view layer and altitude legends, and have map-layer preferences follow you across devices
  • Show aerodrome names and symbols on the Detailed Map Viewer, with labels prioritised by runway size and decluttered by zoom
Improvements4
  • The Pro trial length shown in billing and pricing now comes from the same setting that grants the trial, keeping the advertised and actual duration in sync
  • Onboarding now updates an automatically generated pilot name and personal workspace title when you provide your real name, while preserving names you chose yourself and existing club, airline, or school workspaces
  • Self-hosted production containers now run without root privileges and exclude local environment files from images
  • Self-hosted deployment templates no longer provide usable default signing secrets and instead generate or require private values
Fixes3
  • Restore the fill, hover state, selected state, and keyboard focus styling for the Google sign-in button and onboarding role selectors
  • Aerodrome labels now render correctly in the Detailed Map Viewer at the same zoom levels as their symbols
  • Production alert notifications are encrypted at rest and development database logs are exported to CloudWatch for longer-lived operational visibility
