Acceptable Use Policy

By logging into your Pilotlab account you agree to be bound by these Acceptable Use terms.

1.1. These Acceptable Use terms set out the rules that apply to access to and use of the Pilotlab applications and Services. They form part of our Terms and Conditions.

2.1. You must not use the Services to:

  • Upload or distribute material that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others.
  • Transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account.
  • Send unsolicited bulk communications, or harvest contact data without a lawful basis.
  • Probe, scan or load-test the Services except under an authorised testing agreement.
  • Resell, sublicense or provide the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted.

3.1. API access must stay within the published rate limits. We may throttle or suspend clients that materially degrade the Services for others.

4.1. You are responsible for Customer Data and must ensure it complies with applicable law and with these terms.

5.1. Suspected misuse can be reported to abuse@pilotlab.app. We investigate every report we receive.

6.1. We may remove offending content, suspend or terminate access, and where appropriate report the matter to law enforcement.
