1.0.A

Release — 30 August 2026

This release improves the logbook import and export experience, adds safer account erasure and sharing workflows, and strengthens protection for pilot data. It also includes fixes that make imports, exports, settings, and integrations more reliable.

New2
  • Pilots can export a printable HTML version of the CAA 1373 logbook and create expiring, revocable links for sharing eligible personal exports
  • Pilots can opt to erase their logbook when deactivating an account through the security settings flow, with an explicit explanation and ERASE confirmation
Improvements3
  • Logbook imports now clearly separate file uploads from LogTen Pro imports and guide pilots through fetching a shared LogTen report without storing the link
  • Imported day and night figures are now shown in the import preview when they differ from the values calculated from the flight date and aerodrome
  • The changelog drafter can create release notes for an explicit commit range, reports when its commit cap omitted changes, and rejects invalid or unrelated ranges
Fixes12
  • Logbook file uploads now use the intended AWS task or deployment credentials instead of placeholder credentials, preventing server-side imports from failing with access errors
  • CAA 1373 PDF exports no longer fail because of a missing rotorcraft note, and the PDF and HTML versions now use the same underlying document data
  • Cloud backup generation now accepts the PDF rendering it uses internally while continuing to deliver the completed backup as a ZIP
  • Account erasure now stops before deleting logbook data when the closure email was not actually delivered
  • Logbook integrity checks now identify and count erased records instead of silently skipping them
  • A pilot's written exam answer can no longer attach another workspace member's private note
  • Non-text labels on export share requests now return a validation error instead of an unexpected server error
  • Production boolean settings now accept the documented true and 1-style values consistently, while invalid values fail clearly instead of silently disabling integrations
  • Outbound email, analytics, payments, cloud backup, and other integrations now default to being disabled unless the deployment explicitly enables them
  • OCR import pages no longer start session replay recording, helping keep uploaded source images out of replay data
  • Password guidance now accepts strong passphrases that the server accepts instead of incorrectly disabling submission based on character classes
  • Finalising logbook entries now uses a hold-to-confirm interaction where enabled, and loading, validation, notifications, and changing totals provide clearer feedback without shifting the surrounding layout
